We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our friendly team, based in Tamworth. As H&S, Fire, Environmental and Compliance Consultants and Trainers, we pride ourselves on high standards, excellent service and communication. We operate nationwide from our central base. As part of a small team you will be valued and never just a number. The opportunity to contribute ideas and be heard are at the forefront of how we operate. We have regular team days out too!

About the role

The role requires you to hold excellent organisational skills, being able to manage and prioritise your own workload. You will be confident in using Word for tables, images and proofreading reports, and Excel for conditional formatting, data validation, sorting, filtering and simple formulas. As a confident team member you will be speaking with your colleagues and clients daily on the phone, being the first point of contact for all enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration, booking, travel and communications support
  • Managing the office supplies, upkeep, cleanliness
  • Receiving visitors and setting up for training and meetings
  • Being the first point of contact for any email and phone enquiries
  • Other administration duties as required which may or may not be on client-based work
