We are working with a professional services firm that is on an ambitious growth journey. Having spent the last 18 months building a People function from scratch, they are now looking for a Regional People Business Partner to help align and professionalise across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. The business is growing quickly through acquisitions, meaning you’ll be working with stakeholders across multiples offices, at varying levels of integration into the business, many of which still operate on their legacy T Cs and have little prior experience of working with an HR function.
