HR Advisor – Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Northampton – Hybrid

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Are you immediately available and looking for your next role, one that makes best use of your employee relations expertise? We’re looking for an HR Advisor or Employee Relations Specialist to join this HR team on an FTC basis as they work through summer holidays and a period of peak workload.

You’ll be primarily supporting with employee relations matters – owning a portfolio of cases, supporting and empowering managers with clear guidance to improve absence rates and de-risking the organisation, whilst reducing the time to close ER matters. You’ll work as part of the wider HR team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations, and will work in an environment where safeguarding best practice is fundamental to HR delivery.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced HR professionals with a particular strength in employee relations.
  • Open to backgrounds, but any experience in an environment where safeguarding is a high priority would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to work from the Northampton office a few days a week.
