Have you untangled, undone, rebuilt, redesigned and repackaged the HR fundamentals of process, workflows and systems through your career? Would you, for once, like to be freed from the shackles of legacy, and truly build from the ground up? Were working with the recently appointed CPO of a business that is embarking on their journey to establish its 1st true concept of an HR function, as it continues on a journey of significant growth. HR Operations Lead (Manager) Midlands Permanent c£60,000 Hybrid 3:2 As HR Operations Lead, you will take ownership of the core HR fundamentals and infrastructure that enable and facilitate the employee journey. You will oversee the implementation of processes, workflows, policy and systems to build out an infrastructure that can support a multi-site, professional services business that has clear growth plans for the future. Given the greenfield nature of the role, you will be tasked with building from the ground up and can expect one of your first objectives to be the acquisition and implementation of an HR system. This will naturally provide a working foundation for the development of key processes, data management, policy and workflows. You will own the rollout and comms strategy for the deployment for new ways of working, identifying key figures within the business and HR function to champion these developments. You will collaborate with the wider, growing HR function to build best data practice and key reporting tools. Who are we looking for? Were looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager that can demonstrate expertise in the development of HR systems and processes, and with prior experience in system implementation.
