Are you immediately available and looking for a role to see you through the summer while the market is a little quieter? We are looking for an HR Assistant/Officer to join our client and support upcoming TUPE projects.
You will primarily support the HR Business Partnering team with two things:
- The first is employee communications; letters and notices to employees on upcoming changes, query handling and general support to employees through the transition including supporting consultations.
- The other half of the role will be supporting the business partners with technical aspects of the employee transfer, managing and updating employee databases, collating data and providing reports/information packs for stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior HR Assistant/Officer/Advisor that has had some prior exposure to mergers, acquisitions or TUPE transfers. We are not looking for an expert in this space but rather a detail-conscious HR professional that has a pre-existing understanding of what a TUPE process looks like.
The role will be Northampton based so being able to work from the office on a hybrid basis is required.
