Reporting into the HRBP and sitting within a collaborative divisional team that supports c250 employees, this role offers a clear balance of operational grit and strategic people planning. Roughly two thirds of your focus will be dedicated to management support and end-to-end employee relations caseworkacting as the primary trusted advisor to managers and operational leaders across front-line and support teams. Youll handle conduct, grievance, performance, and absence cases from intake to resolution, planning and conducting thorough investigations while proactively managing people risk. Crucially, the remaining third of your time will see you step away from reactive ER to partner on talent planning, engagement initiatives, succession mapping, and management capability building.
While you will operate closely within a focused, agile business unit team, you have the backing of a much wider corporate HR function, including central shared services and centres of excellence for L&D and talent.
