The predicted salary is between 80000 - 80000 £ per year.

This role will work with, and as part of, the wider HR function with the sole objective to drive and improve the employee relations service provision. This role will see you working with an external advisory service provider and building key metrics, measures and checks to ensure high level and consistent service delivery.

You will create a new governance framework, identify SLAs and escalation procedures, as well as developing new metrics, reporting procedures and establish vendor management best practices.

Key measures of success in the role will be focused on improved consistency of service delivery, risk management and mitigation, visibility of case load and vendor relationship.

As expert delivering the project, you will be trusted to make recommendations for the best possible outcomes and will provide rationale and evidence for any major divergences from the current plan, and any significant alternative actions.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for Senior HR professionals with experience of delivering similar projects, i.e. outsourcing of HR Advisory functions in a corporate HR environment. You will be a capable project manager confident in working with 3rd party vendors, available on short notice and able to work from the Coventry office.
