operating model and are seeking the support of an HR Project
Manager experienced in Change & with supporting Organisational
Design
HR Project Manager – Change & OD
£60,000 12 Month FTC
Remote (with occasional travel to Midlands office as required)
Reporting into the Head of People, you will take ownership of
steering this end-to-end organisational review from concept and
design to embedded state. This isn't a cost-cutting exercise but
rather a refocusing of existing capability and, as such, the
project is not expected to result in redundancies. Instead, the
real work lies in supporting the Head of People and business
leaders with OD and operating model design: partnering closely
with senior stakeholders to identify what future-proofed teams
look like, redefining structures, rewriting job descriptions, and
benchmarking newly created roles to align with business
direction.
You’ll act as the dedicated SME on all things project delivery;
managing timelines, governance, and stakeholder engagement
throughout. While there will naturally be elements of
consultation, policy alignment, and redeployment to lead on, your
focus will be on transitioning the workforce with as little
friction as possible, ensuring understanding of new roles and the
new direction of travel.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced HRBP/ HR Change Manager or
Senior HR professional with a solid track record in leading
similar projects in an SME environment (c200-500 heads) or
delivering projects to a similar scope of employees in a larger
business with total project delivery ownership. The ideal
candidate will be strong in delivering and owning change, across
the conceptual front end work, down to rewriting JDs, org charts
and delivering consultations. You should be a credible influencer
and clear communicator able to hit the ground running.
