We are looking for an experienced, well presented and diligent property manager to join our Stubbington Office. You will join a well-respected independent agent with an enviable reputation, having been located in the village for over 25 years. This is a great opportunity for a lettings administrator or property co‑ordinator eager to progress their career and gain further industry recognised qualifications. Applicants must have a driving licence. Access to pool car. 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, no requirement to work weekends.
Duties:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for tenants & landlords and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate property and tenant records across management systems
- Ensuring statements, invoices and other accounting responsibilities are processed in a timely manner
- Handling rent payments, managing arrears and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Managing rent reviews
- Preparation of section notices and managing terminations
- Dealing with essential lettings admin to support and assist with a well run portfolio and ensuring all properties meet legislative requirements
- Dealing with maintenance in a timely manner
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Experience in property management
- Knowledge about the Renters Rights Act
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience using Alto, Jupix or similar industry software
- Accounts experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks and efficiency
- Highly organised and confident dealing with admin
