Overview

Overview We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious graduate with the ambition of a career in Business Development/Customer Success to join our expanding Submissions team in London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maximise submissions from outbound enquiries
  • Build relationships with firms and "retain" previous years' submissions (submitting is an annual process)
  • Achieve/exceed individual monthly/quarterly targets of client interactions and number of submissions
  • Develop contacts/senior level relationships within new and dormant clients
  • Be self-sufficient in generating appointments and activities that lead to submission retention
  • Accurately record all information in company CRM (Salesforce)
