As a seasoned senior product marketing manager, you will be a strategic force driving commercial success by aligning our products and services with customer needs and market dynamics. Your role extends beyond tactical execution to shaping the company's overall messaging, strategy, and campaign planning. From creating inventive Global GTM plans leveraging cross‐functional teams and leading teams on effective launch strategies to collaborating with the Product Management and Product design teams to form value propositions and messaging pillars, and working side‐by‐side with our corporate marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Market and Customer Strategy
    • Evaluate existing product marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Understand the market, essential trends and implement key information to mould the product, messaging and GTM strategies.
    • Establish relevant buyer personas and journeys and utilise the information to form GTM plans to complement the buyer journey.
    • Develop market segmentation models to target specific customer groups effectively.
    • Analyse competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • GTM
    • Creating inventive Global GTM plans leveraging cross‐functional teams.
    • Lead and co‐ordinate across the business to develop effective launch strategies and release plans.
    • Own the seasonal release calendar and work with colleagues in Product to develop plans for release twice a year.
    • Develop and own GTM checklists and planning timetables.
  • Positioning and Enablement
    • Form value propositions and messaging pillars, implementing best practices of communications driven by the needs of the customer.
    • Gather feedback from users and incorporate it into product updates and enhancements communications.
    • Introduce creative methods to determine proof points as well as justifications.
    • Coach and train the sales teams on how to position products and services.
    • Formulate a host of sales tools, info on new products, data templates, guides in addition to other assets designed to heighten the sales cycle.
  • Adoption and Advocacy
    • Track essential marketing metrics (such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention rates).
    • Develop trends and understand what's impacting usage and engagement.
    • Coordinate teams to develop response plans.
    • Adapt positioning and messaging to incorporate user stories.
