This role is a great opportunity for progression and development and offers the chance to take responsibility for scrutiny over all rankings and editorial for designated jurisdictions.
This role will entail management of a team of North America-focused researchers working across the Chambers USA, Chambers Canada and Chambers USA Spotlight research, requiring the successful candidate to support the Research Director and the Heads of USA and Canada with employee engagement, performance management and learning and development support.
As key point of contact for law firms, you will be required to keep up to date with developments in the legal market, represent the company and have excellent analytical and editing skills. As you will be leading a team of researchers, you will have leadership qualities, first-class communication skills and the enthusiasm to manage the team to achieve tight deadlines.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Research Manager will also represent the team in internal meetings, taking a role in the development and testing of new platforms; the provision of feedback and support to other teams across the business; and participating in seminars, workshops and other programmes to improve our research processes.
The Research Manager's ultimate responsibility is to work as a member of the senior research team and other collaborators to ensure the timely and accurate production of the USA and Canada Guides and related projects in line with our team, department and company goals.
