Chambers and Partners is seeking a hands‐on QA Lead to take ownership of automation test coverage across key Research projects, including initiatives involving AI implementation. In this leadership role, you will mentor a team of QA engineers and play a central part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of our data‐driven products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute automation testing for critical Research initiatives
- Manage, mentor, and support the growth of QA engineers (manual and automation)
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Oversee and enhance onboarding processes for new QA team members
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
- Proficient in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST‐assured)
- Strong working knowledge on CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Good knowledge and implementation skills on Test automation
- Good knowledge of SDLC processes
