Chambers is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager to lead marketing automation strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and retention.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and manage marketing automation workflows in Pardot/Salesforce, including email campaigns, nurture programs, and lead scoring.
- Develop segmented, timely communications that support the sales funnel and maximise customer retention.
- Ensure smooth campaign execution, accurate lead routing, and reliable data flow across marketing and sales systems.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive MQLs and SQLs for both new business and expansion opportunities.
- Produce regular Salesforce and Pardot reports, tracking campaign performance, conversion metrics, and marketing impact.
- Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance CRM processes supporting marketing activity.
- Maintain documentation and uphold best practices for marketing operations, data governance, and process consistency.
- Manage and support the Email Marketing Specialists.
- Work with the Marketing Data & Insights Manager to enhance data hygiene, refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), and strengthen segmentation for more precise targeting.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate automation tools with the website and digital channels.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM for reporting, data management, and sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally Pardot) to build, execute, and optimise campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience creating dynamic, multi-step nurture campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Comfortable working with large datasets for segmentation, cleansing, and data quality improvement.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members is desirable.
Person Specification
- 5+ yearsβ experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to experiment and test new approaches (e.g. A/B testing).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce/Pardot and how data flows between marketing and sales systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
