Chambers is seeking a strategic and handsāon Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our online presence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, this individual contributor role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of SEO and thrives on data.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Marketing website pages using Wordpress and other landing page building tools (e.g. Unbounce), ensuring pages are optimised for SEO and conversion.
- Work alongside the Marketing Automation Manager to identify key areas to streamline via automation. Identify and champion process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings across the team.
- Work with our SEO agency, developing a clear roadmap of activity and be able to demonstrate the impact of our work in this area.
- Support the Demand Generation team with reporting and insights into campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor digital performance to ensure optimal results and ROI against budget and targets.
- Act as a key stakeholder for the website relaunch project.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, working with external agencies, managing resource and future planning and roadāmapping.
- Good understanding of marketing and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wordpress, HotJar, Leadfeeder, Meltwater, Cognism, Unbounce).
- Experience working with large datasets, with the ability to gather tangible insights to make recommendations for improvement.
Person Specification
- Extensive digital B2B marketing experience, ideally in a similar environment (e.g. SaaS, Tech, Legal).
- Comfortable working in a fastāpaced organisation, managing multiple projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and data driven focus to activities, with a problemāsolving mindset and a canādo attitude.
- A growth mindset. Interest in driving iterative improvements through digital channels, testing and implementing new ideas.
