We are looking for a results-focused and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and account management to join our Core Account team on the newly-created role of Core Account Manager - Germany Lead. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in German and English, work well under pressure, be a problem-solver, and be extremely comfortable communicating with clients, team members and management.
As a member of our Core Account team with specific responsibility for our German clients, you will manage an existing book of business comprising the leading German law firms. The role will likely require travelling to Germany every few months to meet clients and prospects face to face, and will involve working with multiple stakeholders and frequent deadlines. Excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must. In future years the role may require recruitment and development of a German-speaking team to manage the increased business in Germany.
Working flexibly in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales team on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and normally from home the rest of the week.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Leveraging Chambers' position as the market leader to strengthen existing relationships and market engagement (Chambers submissions).
- Retain current spend and generate new revenue from clients using multiple Chambers product offerings.
- Work closely with the Chambers Research, Marketing and Success teams.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and meet frequent deadlines.
- Recruit and develop a German-speaking team for increasing business (future years).
- Hold a full quota for personal book of business while contributing to a high-performing team.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven pitching and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of legal markets is advantageous.
