Overview: We are looking for a resultsâdriven, methodical individual with a passion for B2B sales to lead the commercial and operational function of our Plaques business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Chambers is the global leader in legal rankings, and our Plaques celebrate the excellence of topâranked law firms and lawyers. These elegant plaques are a mark of prestige, proudly displayed in offices around the world.
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales and Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Plaques and Individual Profiles products. Reporting directly into our UK Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strengthening commercial relationships across an existing account base
- Driving operational excellence
- Ensuring seamless delivery of plaques to our customers
You will work flexibly in our Fleet Street office twice per week.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Ownership: Lead all sales activities for the Plaques product â from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and upselling to existing Chambers customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with the worldâs leading law firms and individual lawyers, helping them celebrate their Chambers rankings with pride.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end processâfrom order intake to production and deliveryâensuring every plaque arrives on time and in perfect condition.
- Enhanced Customer Journey: Oversee and improve the ecommerce platform to reduce friction in the buying journey, ensuring a smooth and userâfriendly experience.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with internal Chambers teams â Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance â to refine messaging, explore new formats, and drive demand for plaques across the Chambers global client base.
- Reporting & Insights: Track performance, map existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and report regularly to senior leadership.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally selling into legal or professional services firms.
- Experience leading endâtoâend operational delivery to maximize project efficiencies across commercial and/or fulfilment functions.
- Innovative and creative approach to driving new business and upsell opportunities.
- Selfâstarter mindset with a passion for owning and growing a product.
- Comfortable working independently and crossâfunctionally in a fastâpaced environment.
