Overview: We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious individual with a passion for sales to join our expanding Talent Sales team in London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: As a member of the Talent Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business from new and prospective clients, working across multiple Chambers offerings and products.

We explore respondents' views on firm culture, operations, employer brand and their career aspirations, and distil our findings into Chambers Talent offerings; Chambers Student, Chambers Associate and Leading Teams.

As the role requires working across multiple jurisdictions, with multiple stakeholders and frequent deadlines, excellent organizational and time-management skills are a must.

The role offers the flexibility of contributing effectively within a high-performing team environment, whilst holding a full quota for your personal book of business.

  • Generation of new business through video-conferencing; pitch, present and develop relationships.
  • Offering multiple product options to prospective new business clients.
  • Responsible for expanding the Chambers Student and Associate Guides.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience selling into HR / Talent / Recruitment teams is desirable.
  • Confident in self-generating leads and prospecting and pitching to senior decision makers.
  • Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of Legal markets advantageous.
