Responsibilities
- Ownership of the purchase ledger for entire group
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Uploading invoices to accounts payable software
- Sending to correct employee for approval
- Accurately inputting nominal code information and VAT application
- Dealing with suppliers – sending out remittances
- Managing ledger tidiness, ensuring all payments are allocated correctly
