Overview
Accounts payable controller - part-time temporary position
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ownership of the purchase ledger for entire group which involves:
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Maintain supplier records (address, names + bank details etc)
- Uploading invoices to accounts payable software
- Sending to correct employee for approval
- Accurately inputting nominal code information and whether VAT is applied
- Dealing with suppliers - sending out remittances
- Managing the ledger tidiness, making sure all payments are allocated etc
Skills and Experience
- Experience in similar role and in a finance team
- Experience in accounting softwares
