Overview
Chambers and Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People Team in Birmingham.
In this role, you\βll support the delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences across the organisation, from designing and facilitating development sessions to managing our digital learning platform (Kallidus) and supporting the performance review process.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Birmingham office.
We\βre looking for someone with experience delivering training both in person and online, who enjoys working collaboratively and has a genuine passion for helping others grow.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Be an active member of the Learning and People Teams collaborating with colleagues to achieve strategic goals.
Partner with teams across Chambers to gather insights and enhance development planning
Design and deliver bespoke development programmes for colleagues across the organisation
Own digital learning strategy by promoting and expanding the use of LMS (Kallidus)
Shape learning objectives and own delivery for management development
Oversee the Performance Review Process.
Skills and Experience
Experience of delivering learning sessions in person and remotely
Experience of working with learning technologies
Experience of diagnosing learning opportunities and scoping to then deliver learning projects
Knowledge of the learning lifecycle and adult learning theories
