We are looking for a results-driven and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and management. You will be responsible for driving best practices, increasing sales revenue, and holding accountability for all revenue and targets, whilst leading a team of driven sales individuals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales territory and associated quota, including renewals and new business/upsell.
  • Provide functional-management and leadership to members of your direct team and the wider team.
  • Produce and ensure performance reporting is timely, accurate and appropriate.
  • Present overall performance status and exceptions to key internal stakeholders.
  • Carry out recruitment and growth of your team.
  • Provide continuous assistance, support and guidance on all commercial issues to your team members to ensure they attain maximum potential.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Research and Product to ensure smooth workflow and effective cross-department communication.
  • Create and develop commercial plans in order to drive success and growth.
  • Develop and expand the commercial knowledge of your team, and the broader Key team.
  • Identify improvements to commercial procedures and continuously innovate best practices.
  • Manage the ongoing training and coaching of the Key team.
  • Lead your own team sessions and assist with leading wider Key team sessions where appropriate.
  • Ensure a frequent cadence of relevant data to inform and highlight performance.
  • Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback to facilitate their personal growth.
  • Drive the adoption of AI across the Key team and wider sales organisation, ensuring it is used in a practical, value-led way to improve efficiency, insight, and commercial performance.
