We are looking for a results-focused and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and account management to join our Core Account team on the newly-created role of Core Account Manager - Germany Lead. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in German and English, work well under pressure, be a problem-solver and be extremely comfortable communicating with clients, team members and management. As a member of our Core Account team with specific responsibility for our German clients, you will be responsible for an existing book of business comprising Germany’s leading law firms.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Leveraging Chambers’ position as the market leader, strengthen existing relationships and market engagement (Chambers submissions), retain current spend and generate new revenue from clients using multiple Chambers product offerings and work closely with the Chambers Research, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
- Travel to Germany every few months to meet clients and prospects face to face.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and meet frequent deadlines, ensuring excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- In future years, recruit and develop a German-speaking team to manage the increased business of Chambers in Germany.
- Contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment, whilst holding a full quota for your personal book of business.
- Work extremely closely with and have the full support of the Commercial Director.
- Operate flexibly from the Fleet Street office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, normally working from home the rest of the week, with optional office days via desk booking.
