Chambers and Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand and Communications to lead our branding and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in measuring and driving the Chambers brand within existing markets while exploring ways Chambers can resonate and be relevant in newer markets with new product offerings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the Chambers brand. Brand measurement in a consistent and repeatable manner that enables tracking progress over time. Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand expansion into new products and newer markets. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Communications: Oversee the development and execution of internal and external communication plans. Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews. Develop compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials. Manage the content strategy for Chambers including managing our social channels. Manage thought leadership creation and program of activity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of branding and communication strategies.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of branding and communication professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Represent Chambers and Partners at industry events and conferences.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior brand and communications role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
