We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Early Careers Manager to join our Learning & Development team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of professionals within Chambers. In this role, you will lead the strategic design, delivery, and oversight of development programmes for employees at the early stages of their careers. You will be responsible for managing our flagship Academy programme for Research Analysts, while also identifying and creating growth opportunities for other early-career talent across the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination and delivery of The Academy programme for the Research Team.
  • Working closely with Research Directors and key stakeholders to gather feedback and information aimed at enhancing the Academy programme.
  • Partnering with stakeholders within the organisation to identify development opportunities for early career profiles.
  • Developing and delivering key business skill workshops appropriate for early career profiles.
  • Exploring opportunities for Apprentices within Chambers and supporting their development.
  • Curating eLearning playlists suitable for enhancing key business skills.
  • Delivering workshops and learning sessions in-person and virtually.
  • Promoting learning activity through Chambers.
  • Assessing the impact and success of learning initiatives.
  • Assisting with other learning initiatives where appropriate.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background and experience in coordinating and delivering early careers development programmes.
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience working with the development of Apprentices.
  • Understanding of eLearning and LMS management.
  • Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management.
  • Interest in wider talent, people, and culture themes.
