We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese speaking Core Account Executive with fantastic relationship-building skills to join our team in London. The successful individual is expected to continue to drive and forge relationships with existing clients, renewing and upselling.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Account management - managing the growth and retention of your client base.
- Consultative approach, understanding the client’s needs and offering solutions from our portfolio.
- Work autonomously with your book of clients, upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Calling clients, pitching, presenting solutions and developing relationships with existing decision makers.
Additional responsibilities
- Review and translate marketing material.
- Assisting Customer Success team where necessary.
- Building internal relationships with Marketing, Events, Product and Research teams.
Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Enjoyment of relationship building and account management.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience - closing is required.
- Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Legal markets is advantageous.
