We are looking for a results-driven, tenacious graduate with a desire for a career in B2B Sales or Customer Success to join our Submissions team in London. Our role aims to maximise the amount of research submissions we receive to carry out our research. The role will involve speaking to law firms about Chambers and about the benefits of sending their submissions to our research process (for which there is no monetary cost, but which is costly in terms of time and energy for them). Previous experience in a client-facing role would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure, problem solve and be confident communicating with clients, team members and management. You will be responsible for identifying submissions' leads, generating research submissions, building internal and external relationships, and driving senior stakeholder engagement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximise submissions from outbound enquiries (phone/email)
- Generate new submissions and retain previous years' submissions (submitting is a yearly process)
- Achieve/exceed individual monthly targets of client interactions and number of submissions
- Develop contacts/senior level relationships within new and dormant clients
- Be self-sufficient in generating appointments and activities that lead to opportunities
- Accurately record all information in company CRM (Salesforce)

You will work flexibly in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales and CS teams on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and normally from home the rest of the week.
