At Chambers and Partners, we’re looking for a creative and driven Product Marketing Manager to help us bring our products to life. In this role, you’ll shape compelling go‑to‑market (GTM) plans, craft clear and differentiated product stories, and lead initiatives that truly connect with our audience. You’ll collaborate across product, sales, and marketing teams to turn complex ideas into impactful messaging that resonates with our customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and Customer Strategy
- Support the evaluation of product marketing strategies and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning.
- Assist in the development and refinement of buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Contribute to segmentation efforts to better target customer groups.
- Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Execution
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product features and solutions tailored.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support product launches and release activities.
- Help maintain GTM checklists and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Work with content and demand generation teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Positioning and Enablement
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to ensure messaging and campaigns align with customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer‑friendly messaging and feature adoption strategies.
- Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our offerings in the carbon market.
- Create high‑impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and product demos.
- Adoption and Advocacy
- Own customer insights, buyer persona and feedback loops to refine messaging and improve the customer journey.
- Monitor product usage and identify areas where customers may face challenges.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the creation of case studies and success stories.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in Product Marketing or General Marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for B2B products.
- Ability to interpret data and trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience working with and project managing cross‑functional teams across sales, product, and marketing.
- A clear understanding of customer needs and how products address them.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and market conditions.
