Overview

Accounts payable controller - part-time temporary position

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the purchase ledger for entire group which involves:
  • Managing the accounts payable inbox
  • Maintain supplier records (address, names + bank details etc)
  • Uploading invoices to accounts payable software
  • Sending to correct employee for approval
  • Accurately inputting nominal code information and whether VAT is applied
  • Dealing with suppliers - sending out remittances
  • Managing the ledger tidiness, making sure all payments are allocated etc

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in similar role and in a finance team
  • Experience in accounting softwares
