The Role
As an Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
- Manage leads provided whilst also being encouraged and supported to generate your own business
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Deliver compliant, high-quality advice aligned with Quilter standards
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary of £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

About You
- Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Self-motivated with strong business development skills
- Comfortable generating your own leads alongside company support
- Be comfortable working in an office environment
