Job Description

Overview Chambers and Partners is seeking a hands-on QA Lead to take ownership of automation test coverage across key Research projects, including initiatives involving AI implementation. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor a team of QA engineers and play a central part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of our data-driven products. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute automation testing for critical Research initiatives

  • Manage, mentor, and support the growth of QA engineers (manual and automation)

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning

  • Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

  • Oversee and enhance onboarding processes for new QA team members

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.Proficient in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured). Strong working knowledge on CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Good knowledge and implementation skills on Test automation.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
