Working at the heart of our global events operation, the Event Content Coordinator will collaborate closely with our research and commercial teams as well as key external stakeholders to shape compelling, commercially focused conference agendas and secure high profile speakers. With events spanning Europe, Latin America and China and expansion into North America from 2027, this role calls for exceptional organisation, confident stakeholder management, strong research skills and sharp copywriting, all delivered under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Research Directors in determining event scope and themes.
  • Gain market knowledge through desk research and conversations with key market participants.
  • Write compelling, well-structured draft agendas.
  • Recruit high profile speakers and manage speaker admin in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with sponsors and our sales team to meet sponsor expectations while maintaining agenda quality and project timeline.
  • Work closely with the event operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional events.
  • Ensure agenda and speaker pages on event websites are kept up to date.
  • Assist onsite execution of events as required.
