We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in transforming Chambers into a truly data-driven insights business. Working within a dedicated data team alongside analysts, data engineers and AI engineers, you will translate business needs into high-impact analytical reports, solutions and products.

Success in this role requires curiosity, motivation and a strong focus on delivering value. You will be comfortable working with data quality principles and actively contributing to data quality initiatives across the organisation, reflecting Chambers’ commitment to data excellence. This role is London-based, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyse complex datasets to expose insights using a skillset composed of SQL, Python, Databricks and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Investigate and reconcile data across operational databases, the data lake, and the lakehouse to support business and data governance needs.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards across various domains.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions, maintaining continuous feedback loops.
  • Data exploration and profiling, you should be comfortable combining new datasets to build measures and dig for insights across various data sources.
  • Conduct data quality analysis and build quality metrics in line with our data excellence strategy and business requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, data governance and subject matter experts to resolve issues and produce clean documentation to foster knowledge.
