Salary & Working Conditions

£45,000 basic + £20,000 realistic OTE (uncapped). Hybrid arrangement – 3 days in the office.

Role Summary

Core Account Executive – Germany.

You will be the key contact for Germany’s leading law firms, managing an existing book of business and driving new revenue through Chambers’ suite of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the existing book of business, strengthening relationships with senior leaders.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities across Chambers’ product portfolio.
  • Develop and submit Chambers’ market‑leadership research to support revenue generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chambers Research, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Self‑manage a full self‑mandated quota while self‑directing the sales cycle.
  • Travel to Germany every few months to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face.
  • Maintain and increase client spend across the Chambers portfolio.

  • Required Experience & Skills
  • Previous B2B new‑business sales experience – closing experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a business‑to‑business sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Excellent pitching, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to succeed in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated ‘go‑getter’ attitude.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and experience in account management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the legal markets is an advantage.
