BI Data Developer in City of London

Overview We’re seeking a creative, data-driven BI Developer to own the design and delivery of externally facing self-serve analytics that help customers turn complex data into confident decisions. In this role you’ll build intuitive, high-performance dashboards and insights products, shaping data models, UX, and delivery so customers can explore their own metrics, spot market trends, and extract actionable recommendations at scale. Reporting to the Director of Research Operations and partnering closely with Product and Data teams, you’ll turn raw numbers into clear, actionable stories that directly influence customer outcomes and business growth. • Create engaging and easy-to-use BI tools and dashboards that surface value to customers across our products
• Translate customer needs, behaviour data, and product usage insights into clear visual reporting
• Partner with analysts and product teams to define relevant metrics and ensure data accuracy
• Provide recommendations and ideas about the best ways to tell stories with our data
• Work with our designers to develop consistent, on-brand data visualisation styles that support clarity and comprehension
• Improve and evolve existing customer dashboards based on feedback and usage behaviour
