This role sits within the successful real estate finance division that focuses on transactions of typically < GBP 50m for both property investment and development across a variety of asset classes. To inherit, manage and grow a significant senior portfolio of property development and investment clients and debt.
Experience Summary
You’ll be an experienced commercial banker with a longstanding specialism in real estate finance in the UK, including development finance. You’ll be a confident relationship manager with a track record of winning new to bank business via an established professional / introducer network. You’ll have the necessary credit risk skills to allow you to write and present new, amended and extended credit proposals.
