The role:

  • Focusing on UK wide Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Property Investment lending, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
    • Delivering lending growth via brokers, professional introductions and directly with borrowers
    • Expanding the businesses Real Estate Finance presence and capabilities in the market
    • Participating in industry conferences and other networking events
    • Working closely with credit / underwriting on transactions
    • Contributing to and supporting the growth of the team
    • Developing and maintaining an appropriate introducer network

You’ll have / be:

  • A solid understanding of the UK Real Estate Finance marketplace having worked in the same or very similar position at a specialist finance lender / bank
  • A strong track record of new business origination and an appropriate introducer network
  • A very strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce an advantage
