The Role:

  • Delivering lending growth via brokers, professional introductions and directly with borrowers
  • Expanding the banks' Real Estate Finance presence and capabilities in the market
  • Participating in industry conferences and other networking events
  • Managing transactions from origination through to drawdown including writing and presenting full credit papers
  • Contributing to and supporting the growth of the team

You’ll Have:

  • A solid understanding of the UK Real Estate Finance marketplace having worked in the same or very similar position at a Bank or specialist lender
  • A strong track record of new business origination and an appropriate introducer network
  • A very strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong credit writing capabilities
