The Bank: Established and successful Commercial bank that provides the full suite of business banking products alongside specialist sector teams who bring in depth industry knowledge to their clients.

Summary of Role: You’ll inherit a modest sized portfolio of Real Estate Finance clients with individual debt levels of typically < GBP 50m. Your remit is to grow and manage the existing client base (with support) whilst proactively winning and onboarding new borrowing clients.

Essential Knowledge & Experience in the UK:

  • Significant experience structuring Real Estate Finance transactions
  • Strong credit skills with experience presenting to credit committees
  • An established introducer network
  • A proven track record of originating new business
  • A proven relationship manager in a commercial banking or very similar environment
