The Role:
- Delivering lending growth via brokers, professional introductions and directly with borrowers
- Expanding the banks' Real Estate Finance presence and capabilities in the market
- Participating in industry conferences and other networking events
- Managing transactions from origination through to drawdown including writing and presenting full credit papers
- Contributing to and supporting the growth of the team
You’ll Have:
- A solid understanding of the UK Real Estate Finance marketplace having worked in the same or very similar position at a Bank or specialist lender
- A strong track record of new business origination and an appropriate introducer network
- A very strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
