The Team:
Focused on transactions of GBP 1‑50 m for income‑producing real estate, commercial owner‑occupiers and property developers – this can include but is not limited to commercial, semi‑commercial and residential investment loans, ground‑up developments, conversions and refurbishments and loans to operating businesses such as PBSA, BTR, care homes and hotels.
The Role:
To originate and execute debt transactions aligned to the bank’s risk appetite. You’ll play a significant part in growing the bank’s lending exposure to good quality commercial real estate and managing introducer relationships, whilst at the same time supporting senior management with the sales and marketing strategy and product reviews.
You’ll need to be:
An experienced (in the UK) origination‑focused commercial banker with a real‑estate finance specialism – this can be in investment or development finance transactions, or both. You’ll come with a recent successful track record of winning new business along with a relevant introducer network. You’ll possess the skills and the ability to assess, write and present complex lending proposals.
