The role:
- Focusing on UK wide Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Property Investment lending, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Delivering lending growth via brokers, professional introductions and directly with borrowers.
- Expanding the businesses Real Estate Finance presence and capabilities in the market.
- Participating in industry conferences and other networking events.
- Working closely with credit / underwriting on transactions.
- Contributing to and supporting the growth of the team.
- Developing and maintaining an appropriate introducer network.
You’ll have / be:
- A solid understanding of the UK Real Estate Finance marketplace having worked in the same or very similar position at a specialist finance lender / bank.
- A strong track record of new business origination and an appropriate introducer network.
- A very strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce an advantage.
