The Team:
Focused on transactions typically up to GBP 50m - ground up developments, conversions and refurbishments including residential, either for sale or retention, pre-let or sold commercial, mixed use and purpose-built student accommodation schemes.
The Role:
To originate and execute debt transactions aligned to the bank's risk appetite. You’ll play a significant part in growing the bank's lending exposure to good quality property developments and managing introducer relationships, whilst at the same time supporting senior management with the sales and marketing strategy and product reviews.
You’ll need to be:
An experienced (in the UK) origination focused commercial banker with a development finance specialism - you’ll come with a recent successful track record of winning new business along with a relevant introducer network. You’ll possess the skills and the ability to assess, write and present complex lending proposals.
