- NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health & Social Care
- 5+ years previous leadership experience in Supported Living or Domiciliary Care
- Experience in providing care for Learning Disability or Mental Health Adults
- Ability to review existing care plans and financially assess client needs
- Working knowledge of AI
