We are seeking a proactive candidate to join the Goods In Production Support role in Wisbech, PE13 2RN.
Pay rates and typical working hours:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Payrate - On a training: £13.55 per hour, after training £13.97 per hour
Duties in Goods in Production Support role:
- Raw Material Handling & Documentation
- Count raw materials (RM) upon delivery
- Enter counts on RM stock sheets accurately
- Receipt deliveries into the Oracle system
- Print and attach pallet labels to incoming goods
- Store delivery records (delivery note, load manifest, purchase order, weight report)
- Send weight reports to suppliers promptly
- Upload all documentation to Docuware (digital archive) instead of physical filing
- Check stock rotation on high-risk raw materials
- Generate expired stock report and quarantine stock report
- Email ETA requests to suppliers and logistics partners
- Book delivery times with transport providers
- Raise purchase orders for Toyota repairs
- Coordinate Toyota repair callouts
- Generate Toyota usage reports for internal review
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Oracle and document management systems (e.g., Docuware)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Basic understanding of stock rotation and food safety compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in goods-in or production support roles preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and digital archiving tools.
- Knowledge of raw material handling in a food production environment is advantageous.
