Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Andover, SP11 8EZ

Pay Rate: £12.45 to £20.55 per hour (Only Afternoon shift and Night shift available)

Shift Pattern: 10 weeks rolling rota (3 weekends off in 10 weeks)

Hours Available: 14:00 – 22:00 or 22:00 – 06:00 (no rotation of shifts)

ctrg is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Andover, SP11 8EZ. This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
• Pick/pack meat and alcohol
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
• Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
• Work in a team to achieve key targets
• Meet performance and productivity targets
• Pick items using a voice-activated system

Shift Details:

• Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:00 ): Weekday: £14.32 / Weekend: £16.19
• Night Shift (22:00 – 06:00) : Weekday: £15.57 / Weekend: £17.44
• Overtime (over 37.5 hours/week): £18.68 – £20.55 per hour

This ongoing temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidates, after a minimum of 12 weeks of service with ctrg. Enhanced benefits are available if successful in gaining a permanent role.
