Job Purpose
As a Resourcer within the Fulfilment Team, you will be required to support the full range of recruitment services for our client base. You are responsible for the organisation of attracting, interviewing and selecting candidates in line with legislative and client requirements. Working to specific Performance Indicators, ensuring the sourcing, facilitating and converting of candidates against requirements of labour to those clients in line with the agreed SLAs whilst maximising the quality and retention of the labour pool. Working closely with the wider team you will create professional relationships with other departments/areas of the business within Challenge-trg, while ensuring that the candidate has a positive experience. You will need to be flexible in your working hours/days, as recruitment can be a 7 days a week operation during peak. Due to the nature of your work often being reactive to the client's requirements, this role is based in the office to allow distribution of workload within the team.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: To ensure that all candidates that attend a registration session, either virtually, in branch, on site or at a remote location/pop up are welcomed and processed efficiently and effectively. Ensure that any presentation is delivered effectively, and all questions are addressed. Any sessions must be carried out compliantly both in line with the client SLAs and contractual obligations and with legislative requirements, particularly around Eligibility to Work.
- Candidate Attraction: Supporting local attraction campaigns to ensure brand awareness of Challenge-trg remains strong within the local area in order to assist with attraction during peak recruitment times. Where necessary and agreed, communicate within the Group to support candidate flow along with any agreed external third-party providers including Job Centres and Back to Work Providers.
- Campaign Response: Where required ensure that all incoming candidate communications are acknowledged and processed within the agreed timescales. Adequately pre-screen and qualify applicants in line with standard operating procedures before proceeding to book interview/registration/induction.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying and suggesting ways to improve the processes and ways of working. Where changes are necessary ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
- Data Recording and Reporting: Ensure that appropriate and accurate data is recorded to allow KPI and MI reporting in line with agreed formats and timescales.
