MHE Operative

We are currently hiring a MHE Operative to join our friendly and growing team as a full-time MHE Warehouse Operative in West Hallam, DE7 6HE.

You will be joining a global logistics provider with excellent benefits!

Your pay rate and shifts as a full-time Warehouse Operative:

• You will be paid £13.71 per hour
• Working Monday to Friday, Afternoon shift only from 13:30 to 22:00
• Total of 40 hours a week
• Overtime applies after 40 hours

The successful candidate will start as a warehouse associate at a rate of £12.67 per hour until they complete onsite Safety and Competency assessments. Upon passing, they will be qualified for the MHE role and paid at the MHE pay rate. Failure in the assessment will result in withdrawal from the placement.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative:

• Operating counterbalance or Reach trucks
• Picking and packing items for distribution
• Using handheld scanners to sort items
• Manual lifting (up to 23 KG)
• Unloading containers and adhering to strict Health and Safety standards

• Reach truck license
• Counterbalance truck license
