Pay Rates as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative:

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Extra £20 attendance bonus for Friday-Monday shift pattern

Shift Patterns:

  • 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
  • Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday / Friday to Monday

What you will do on a typical day as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative:

  • Processing customer returns
  • Unpacking and verifying returned items
  • Inspecting returned items for any damage, wear and tear, or deviations from their original condition.
  • Determine whether the items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods.
  • Working quickly and efficiently whilst always ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • You may be asked to carry out other warehousing duties that support the timely processing of ASOS customer returns.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and great attention to detail
  • Able to achieve targets while maintaining the quality of checks
  • Can work alone performing stationary repetitive tasks

Important details:

  • You must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
  • You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
  • You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your ID)
  • Mandatory 5 consecutive days of paid training – full attendance required to complete.
