ctrg are looking for a detail-oriented individual to work as a QA Auditor for our client based in Leeds, LS25 6PJ.
Your pay rate as a full time QA Auditor: Annual salary: £*****.
Typical working hours as a full time QA Auditor: You will be working Monday to Friday.
Your role as a full time QA Auditor:
- Work closely with the production team to ensure any issues are rapidly investigated and a solution is identified.
- Provide the Quality Manager with daily updates on audit findings incidents from shift.
- Be first point of contact for all factory incidents - ensuring these are investigated thoroughly, controlled and closed out with timelines and improvements.
- Be Quality Champion for the factory.
- Ensure site calibration for scales and probes are completed.
- Ensure site micro testing schedule is completed to schedule and retests are sent as required.
- Ensure all NCR's are investigated, corrective actions put in place to prevent re occurrence using root cause analysis.
- Ensure all Quality or Food Safety investigations are undertaken and reports communicated into the QM.
- Facilitate completion of the daily management taste panel and communicate results.
- Place any OOS product on hold or Repair as required.
- Ensure Glass and Plastic audits are completed as per the agreed schedule ensuring any identified issues are formally raised and closed out.
- Carry out post clean inspection, utilizing ATP and allergen swabbing to verify clean.
- Cleaning standard audits carried out as scheduled.
- Filing of daily paperwork and retained samples, archiving in a manner which ensures rapid access for complaints and audits.
- Support in the accurate and timely investigation of all customer complaints.
- Testing and Inspection of Chocolate Tankers where required.
- Raise Waivers as and when required.
- CCP Training of Operation staff.
- Sign off all rework / repair work once complete.
- Completion of Technical Tracker Daily.
